Say hello to our wonderful Shannon Graham! She has been a guiding light for us as we have transitioned our practice to 5th Avenue, working tirelessly as our billing and insurance specialist. She works remotely from Tampa, Fl where she has worked closely with Dr. Kumar’s father and his practice for over 22 years. Her  knowledge of all scopes of dentistry is quite impressive. With her extensive experience, she still makes time to focus on improving her skill set and keeps up to date with the ongoing changes and newest technologies in the dental world. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers where she has access to a plethora of continuing education and webinars. We are grateful to have Shannon on our team!
